At the risk of repeating myself.... why are you still trying with CMake
2.0.3?  Please use this version:
<http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.4/cmake-2.4.6-Darwin-universal.tar.gz>

It's only 7.4 MB.

Also, which version of Mac OS X are you using?  And PowerPC or Intel?
