[vtkusers] VTK on Mac

Thank you Sean,

I have tried your advice. I used
cmake-2.4.6-Darwin-universal.tar.gz and
vtk-5.0.3.tar.gz.
I have succeed to run VTK on Mac, also Cone.Cxx as
example.
And, I decide not to use CD of VTK4.4 again.
