[vtkusers] error with Cmake for configuring VTK

Hi Alireza,

Hybrid is now built by default; there's no option to turn it on or off. 
Patented has been removed, and the classes for which the patents have 
expired have been moved into the appropriate non-patented directories in 
VTK.

This has been discussed several times on this mailing list; please take 
a look at the archives for a more thorough discussion.
