[vtkusers] CMake Question(s)

Sorry if these are stupid questions. I am new to this group and new to VTK
and a quite apprehensive about installing CMake. I use MSVisual Studio dot
net, C++. Do I have to install CMake to use the VTK classes? I do no cross
platform development. If I install CMake do I need to have a separate
installation of MSVS for it? How will CMake impact the other programs that
have already been developed using MSVS, will I have to rebuild all of them?
