Mike,
that version number isnt the same as the version number they tell you
when you down load intel compilers for OSX.
for instance the end number is really a number from 029 to 035
I'm using 9.1.something035
but
daniel-whites-computer:~ dan$ icc --version
icc (ICC) 9.1 20061101
Copyright (C) 1985-2006 Intel Corporation. All rights reserved.
these are minor revisions though.... but they are not reflected in
the number spewed out by icc --version
...its more likely to be a python2.5 vs system pytohn2.3 problem than
a compiler problem?
Or perhaps because tcl wrapping is turned off?
