[vtkusers] System Zlib -> metaio doesn't seem to work

I only find one instance where vtk_zlib_mangle.h is included,  in
zconf.h , removing it does allow compilation of the library and my
application  with system zlib 


Also I have the same behaviour using cygwin on a windows XP box though I
have not tried the remedy (compiling is SO SLOW it's ridiculous, which
is likely a cygwin or simply a  Windows 'feature')
