Or rather some of it is.  The Xcode project is missing.  We had, I guess
you could call it, a philosophical debate about whether it should be
there at all.  Personally, I'd like to see _both_ a CMakeLists.txt
(which is there, but last I checked does not work) and the Xcode
project.  The former so it can be added to the dashboard, and the latter
because the point of the example is to show how to use vtk in existing
Xcode projects.

There are a few minor changes I have been working on... I'll try to tidy
that up today and I'll be sure to send it to you to commit.
