[vtkusers] Installing VTK 5.0 on Mac OSX 10.4.6

You need to build VTK against Cocoa or Carbon and NOT X-Windows.
Remake VTK turning ON Cocoa, turning OFF "X-Windows", turning ON
"Shared Libs".

After that things should work.
