[vtkusers] rotation widget?

Hi everyone,

Is there any sort of rotation widget you can attach to a prop3D? Sometimes
it's a little difficult to get your volume rotated just right. Maya has a
great
rotation widget, for any selected object a few surrounding rings appear
limiting rotation to the plane each ring represents.

If there are no such widgets available, I'll start creating one.
