[vtkusers] Question reg. vtkLandmarkTransform

Hi Hendrik,

You assume correctly, the VTK_LANDMARK_AFFINE includes shear,
it performs 12 degree-of-freedom linear registration.  There is no mode for
vtkLandmarkTransform to use different scaling along the x, y, and z axes.
