[vtkusers] installing VTK on XP

Hi Rohan,

to compile the source on XP, you need a compiler like M$ Visual
Studio or so. If you just want to use VTK, you can install VTK
via a setup program:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/vtk/vtk42-LatestRelease.exe?download

You can find above link at http://www.vtk.org/get-software.php
