Hi,

vtkDataSetSurfaceFilter only extracts the external surfaces of the
cells. I would like to get the whole cells.
For example, for a grid made up of cubes, it would return the outer
cubes only.
I'm sure I could do it in a brute force way by checking each cell to
see if it had an external surface, but I was wondering if there was an
existing filter that did it or if there was a more elegent way. Note
that I am dealing with data sets that are usually grids and are usually
unstructured.
