I don't see why the README's require any updates.  There are a few
sample paths and they are only samples.  There is nothing that is 2.1
specific in them at all.  If you have anything specific in mind please
point that out.

As regards the binaries available at Kitware, I'm not sure anyone uses
them for VTK-Python on Win32 because of problems with the Python
version that is used.

You might want to ask John Hunter about that.  I've CC'd him on this
e-mail in the unlikely case that he is no longer on this list.

Yeah, that one is really old.  Don't use it unless you really have to.
