[vtkusers] build vtk package for Win CE?

Hi, all,

I am wondering how to compile vtk package for WinCE, I
notice there are vtkWinCE.h and vtkWinCE.cxx under
common subdirectory, seems it's ready for building vtk
WinCE package? But the CMake can't recognize the
Embeded Visual C++ in my machine, any suggestion on
it? Thanks in advance.
