[vtkusers] VTK vs. OpenGL

Hi,

I think you would definitely want either ITK or VTK rather than using 
OpenGL 'manually'. It is much easier to build an app using ITK or VTK 
but if you just want to visualise data you could also try OpenDX from IBM.
