[vtkusers] VTK4.4 + MacOSX 10.3 Darwin + gcc3.1: doesn't build

No such problem here. I am using gcc-3.3, though, which is the default 
on OSX 10.3. The cwchar file is identical for gcc-3.1 and gcc-3.3.
