[vtkusers] Questions about using this mailing list

When you send e-mail to the ML, you'd better use western european
encoding. This will
save you from a lot of troubles because not all mail transport agents
(MTA) support UNICODE.
When you create a mail, click Format/Encoding, and select "Western
European (Windows or ISO)",
  that will be OK.

As for your another question, I guess that what you want to do is to
group messages by topic.
If I'm not wrong, you just need to click "View/Current View/Group Messages
by Conversation"
on your Outlook Express menu bar.

Another advice to you is that you'd better change your display name for
your email account from
Chinese characters to HANYUPINGYING (latin character) so that it can be
displayed correctly
instead of some wired characters. Remember, you're communicating with a
huge user group
  distributed all over the world.

  Hope this help!
