[vtkusers] GtkGLExtVTKRenderWindow.py render bug

vtkTkRenderWindowInteractor works correctly. I am currently comparing 
the tk interactor to the gtk interactor to see how they differ. I have 
not had any success in getting the wx widget to work yet. I am using 
Apple's X11, as there isn't a good gtk implemetation for aqua.
