How about the other toolkit widgets?  Do the vtkTk/wx based widgets
behave the same way?  I think not.  It might be a good idea to see if
the wxWindows renderwindow works or not.  Perhaps there is something
wrong with SetWindowInfo of the vtkCocoaRenderWindow or the
vtkCarbonRenderWindow as the case may be.  Does this work under X11?
