Does the same thing happen with the GtkGLExtVTKRenderWindowInteractor?
The widgets work fine under Linux and John Hunter (who contributed the
class) said it works fine under Win32.  Looks like the problem is Mac
OS X specific.  Do other pygtkglext programs run fine?
