[vtkusers] vtkLookupTable

Hi, me again, i create the Scalars but his are a double type, the vtkLookupTable need a index type Int. how asign a scale if the scalars between 0 and 0.2 need be yellow, and 0.2 <scalar < 0.5 need be blue and 0.5 < scalar need be red.
