[vtkusers] Build instructions for OS X 10.2.3

Hello,
	I have been using vtk (with Java) somewhat successfully on Mac OS X 
10.1.5 for some time now.  Because of the advent of Apple's X11 
implementation, I would like to use it on 10.2.x (hopefully 10.2.3).  I 
downloaded the CVS version of vtk with the release version of CMake 
(1.4.7) and tried to build it with default options but got all these 
undefined symbol errors.  Has anyone successfully built vtk on 10.2.3 
and if so, could they tell me what I am doing wrong?
