[vtkusers] Partial Volume Effect

Hi vtk/itk-users,

   I am having currently some problems due to PVE (Partial Volume Effect). Does 
anyone of you know if there is a way in VTK/ITK to work around ?
   More precisely does anyone had a look at:
Aston JAD, Cunningham VJ, Asselin M-C, Hammers A, Evans AC, Gunn RN. Positron 
emission tomography partial volume correction: estimation and algorithms. J
