[vtkusers] vtkActorCollection

A couple of documentation suggestions for the maintainers:

It would be helpful if there were a note in the Doxygen docs for 
vtkActorCollection::GetNextActor() indicating that you have to call 
foo->InitTraversal()  first.  InitTraversal() is documented under 
vtkCollection, so it's likely to be missed.

Also, some of the more inexperienced users may have trouble 
understanding the documentation of the "cookie" form of that method.
