[vtkusers] Help: Medical image file readers and Dialog box

Hi users,
I have 2 questions concerning images:
1) Does vtk has medical image file format (data format: Ecat, Dicom, 
Analyse) readers?
2) Does vtk has MFC (Visual C++ 6) dialog box allowing to open image files?
