[vtkusers] Hybrid directory with tcl on solaris 8

Hi,

Actually, I think I have already found the problem. It seems we `choose'
not to build the Hybrid files:

//Build the hybrid directory classes
VTK_USE_HYBRID:BOOL=OFF

Unfortunately, this is the problem when you have to guess what all of the
options are for...

I suppose I have to re-install again now :(
