[vtkusers] Changing the title of win32 windows

Hello,

I have searched the archives but have not yet found an 
answer to this question:

How do you change the title of a vtkRenderWindow?

SetWindowName is apparently ignored.  I saw one bandaid 
fix to the source code, posted in 1999.  Was it ever incorporated, 
or am I missing something altogether?
