[vtkusers] build VTK on different platforms -- Follow up

Just follow up my last email.

These are just compilation warnings, but the problem was the compilation
process halted there after the warnings. I found these warnings were
caused by static template functions in common/vtkImageData.cxx (They are
the only two template functions). Does Sun C++ compiler CC have any
problem with that?
