[vtkusers] build VTK on different platforms

Hi VTK users,

I was trying to build VTK 3.2 on AIX/IRIX/HPUX/SunOS/TRU64/Linux. All
these builds are made without any script language support. On SunOS, it
failed at
CC  -g -pto -I../../common   -I. -I../../common/../graphics
-DVTK_USE_GRAPHICS -I../../common/../imaging -DVTK_USE_IMAGING
-I/usr/openwin/share/include/   -I/usr/openwin/include
-I../../common/../common -I../common
-I/home/ausable/software/src/tcl7.6/tk4.2/generic
-I/home/ausable/software/src/tcl7.6/tcl7.6/generic
-I/home/schroede/montnaro/Python-1.4/Include -c
../../common/vtkImageData.cxx -o vtkImageData.o
"../../common/vtkImageData.cxx", line 1583: Warning (Anachronism):
"static" is not allowed and is being ignored.
"../../common/vtkImageData.cxx", line 1626: Warning (Anachronism):
"static" is not allowed and is being ignored.

If anyone had experienced this before and know the workaround please let
me know. Thanks.
