Dear all:
        have any one compiled vtk2itk project in the insight toolkit 
with success? when I compile it, there is always a fatal error saying:
"the value of ESP was not properly saved across a function call. This 
is usually a result of calling a function declared with one calling convention 
with a function pointer declared with a different calling convention." can 
any one give me some hint on this problem?
