[vtkusers] Volumetric Method for Mesh Generation

Thanks Tim,

I ran across your mention of the Amenta and Bern algorithm in the vtkuser 
archve so I emailed Marshall Bern and he pointed me to Amenta's website, 
http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/amenta/powercrust/welcome.html  I just 
downloaded the software but I haven't been able to successfully build it 
yet to evaluate it.
