[vtkusers] Dependency vtkExtent.h not found

	What are you trying to do ? Build vtk with mpi support on Windows ?

FYI:

vtkExtent.h is referenced in the contrib/vtkPolyDataCollector.cxx source,
but I couldn't find any vtkExtent.h file in the vtk sources either.
