[vtkusers] New release of vtk-cfd and vtkPipeline.

hi,

	This is to announce a new release of vtk-cfd (version 0.4) and
the python VTK pipeline browser (version 0.8).  They are available for
download from here:

   http://www.aero.iitm.ernet.in/~prabhu/software/vtk/vtk-cfd/
and
   http://www.aero.iitm.ernet.in/~prabhu/software/vtk/vtkPipeline/

I have added some useful improvements and bug fixes.  To check out
what is new look at the NEWS link on the respective pages.
