Fix (sort of) for leaks

If I add the lines:

  coneMapper->ImmediateModeRenderingOn();
   sphereMapper->ImmediateModeRenderingOn();

to my simple example the leak mostly goes away.  I think there is still
a small leak, but it occurs only when the windows are actually covered
and re-exposed.

Why any of this should be so is not clear, but it is suffient to my
immediate needs, and more pressing issues are at hand, so I'm not going
to pursue this further right away.
