Fail to compile the nightly release, 8/31/99

Li,

I had the same problem. vtkWin32MappedInteractor doesn' seem to be
compiled into vtkdll.dll.
Try to use vtk2.4 (from ftp://vtk.scorec.rpi.edu/pub/vtk24win32src.zip).
I am using this one and everything is fine.
