VTK2.3 and vtkScalarBarActor

Some more on this:  Using MFC/VC++6/NT, I have a 
modeless dialog to help with changing the legend's 
number format, title, number of colors, etc.  
If I change the title text, then re-render the 
vtkScalarBarActor, the font re-sizes itself to 
an appropriate size.

Have not had time to explore the source.
