[vtk-developers] Changes to bugtracker

[Utkarsh Ayachit]

Looks like with the version  of mantis we are using, the "Assigned to
me" bugs are not shown in "My View". If that becomes a major issue, we
can investigate and try to see how and if it's possible to bring that
back.
