[vtk-developers] Attempting topic merge

Glenn,

Look at these instructions:
http://public.kitware.com/Wiki/VTK/Git/Simple

Run the script Utilities/SetupForDevelopment.sh
it will define some git aliases like git gerrit-push. It will also
verify your gerrit credentials.
