[vtk-developers] examples requiring views built unconditionally

I hit an issue that I wasn't building Views/ but was trying to build
the example programs.  They would fail to build, missing some views
class that must be autogenerated or something.  One example was linking
livtkViews and didn't need to.

Anyway, fixed:
