[vtk-developers] New git commit hooks

I am with Dave on that. A lot of web interfaces such as Github/Gitorious
only display the first line, unless you click through to see the full
message and the diff. Ideally the first line should be enough to indicate
whether I might want to click through and read the full message and/or look
at the diff.
