[vtk-developers] New Kit - VolumeRendering

Hi all,

On Friday morning I plan to check in some changes moving a bunch of classes 
out of Rendering and into a new VolumeRendering kit. Initially, there will 
be twenty-something classes in the VolumeRendering kit. Within a few months 
this will grow to forty-something as a fixed-point ray caster, a 3D texture 
mapper, and some AMR volume rendering classes (and all the associated 
helper classes) are checked in - hence the motivation for creating a new 
kit. The VolumeRendering kit depends on Rendering, but Rendering does not 
depend on VolumeRendering. Base classes such as vtkVolume, 
vtkVolumeProperty, and vtkAbstractVolumeMapper will remain in Rendering.
