[vtk-developers] ImagePermute and ImageReslice

I am a little late responding here, but ...

I disagree.  I would rather have simple super classes at the expense of 
having some extra code.

vtkImagePermute in particular was a very simple class.

vtkImagePermute.cxx:            211 lines
vtkImageResample.cxx:   779 lines
vtkImageReslice.cxx             3515 lines


Also, it would be confusing to have vtkImageReslice as a superclass to
vtkImagePermute, vtkImageFlip, and others.
