[vtk-developers] VTK_USE_PNGLIB + questions

Warning. I've added an option VTK_USE_PNGLIB to cmakelists for vtknew as 
not all of use windows users have MSVC and the lib file included is a 
binary msvc lib.

2 additional questions

1) When will the dashboard change from the old vtk to the new VTK (or vtknew)
2) I've forgotten what the second one was now. It'll come back to me...
3) This wasn't it, but is there any source for the png lib so we can build 
it ourselves? a cmakelists for the png subdir would be nice.
