[Tubetk-developers] Slicer version of TubeTK ready for testing

Hi,

Made some modifications to a stage topic by Chris.  Can now build
against Slicer and create a Slicer extension.

I cannot get the updated version checked into gerrit for some strange
reason (says I cannot submit commits from Chris).   So, please test
the version in stage.

Stage branch = "integrate-SOV"

If someone can review/approve, then I will push and then push the
branch that does the renaming of applications, etc.   Then we can
start promoting this more among Slicer users.
