[Tubetk-developers] Spatial Object Viewer and Slicer Integration - DONE!

Proud to announce that Chris Mullins and I just merge branch for
Slicer integration (including a Slicer module that can view tube .tre
files) to TubeTK's master.

This is going to require further testing, tweaking, and inevitable bug
fixes, but we now have a master that can (in theory) be used from
within Slicer!
