Sounds good.

Also:
1. Record timestamps for images + tracker, since more data never hurts and
you might find the need to look at latency later.
2. To compare the CT generated images to the gold standards, you will need
to do the registration.  You may want to evaluate the accuracy of the
simulation /wout the effect of any registration you are doing. Are there
any landmarks on the phantom (ex. divots) that are visible in both the CT
and that you can capture wrt tracking space /w a pointer tool?  Then you
could do a point based registration.
