[Rtk-users] CUDA compile error

Hi,
I actually didn't know because I couldn't find versions older than 3.2
on nvidia website. So I think it's gonna be 3.2 which is nightly built
on the dashboard. I have added a check and you should now get an error
message which should be painless for CPU compilation.
