[Paraview] ruler filter in paraview-git

I don't know if this is a regression or change of feature or what exactly.
Using paraview 5.2.0-g332666c (64bit, linux) and the 'ruler' filter only seems to have the following properties:
* x/y/z axis enumeration.

That's all. In a previous version (5.0.1) there was also the ability to specify the begin/end points and even to select them on an existing mesh point. Now the ruler just seems to display the overall length of the object in a particular axis.

Is this a feature or bug?
