[Paraview] eyedomelightning in paraview 5?

The Eye Dome Lighting code has been added to newer versions of VTK (as a
render pass in OpenGL2) so in the future we should not need a plugin for
it. Right now I think it is a matter of exposing it in the PV gui somehow
when PV is built with OpenGL2.
