[Paraview] Crash when opening ensight gold format

A bit of an amendment to my last post.  I can open the files, that cause paraview to crash on my mac, off the paraview on my cluster without any issues.  That version on the cluster is 3.6.1, so i tried that on my mac and paraview still crashes.  I usually use the newest version which, right now, is 4.0.
